The staff was friendly and pleasant and the place was fairly clean. The provided breakfast was absolutely fantastic with marmalade and more tea coffee, as example. The location was fantastic, around 10-15 minutes walk from Skegness Pier.

    well-cooked breakfast
    noisy location
    dated decor

The breakfast options were well-cooked to order.

Though the location was close to attractions, the noise from the main road was disruptive at night was nice. I found the parking situation quite tight during peak hours. The decor in the common areas felt dated, which detracted from the overall ambiance of the place.

    clean rooms
    thoughtful touches
    warm hospitality
    road noise

Clean rooms brought a fresh feel right from the start. The beds were super comfy. Loved the thoughtful touches with tea and coffee supplies restocked daily. Breakfast each morning was a highlight. We indulged in a lovely cooked version along with cereals. Alan's personalized approach made our mornings special too. He always ensured we got our favorite extras. The location can't be beaten, just a ten-minute stroll to the seafront and attractions, perfect for leaving the car parked! The noise from the main road was noticeable at night, which disrupted sleep occasionally. Despite that, Cath and Alan's warm hospitality were good. We was like we were among friends, and returning was like the right choice. We'll surely come back for more family time in Skegness!

Alan and Cath were super friendly. Breakfast was delicious, with loads of options including the full English and cereals. We also enjoyed hanging out in the little bar area after exploring. Perfect for a fun getaway!

The noise from the main road was a bit much at night, hard to sleep at times.

    noise disturbance
    tight parking

The hosts provided excellent service and were attentive to dietary needs, even accommodating a gluten-free breakfast which was a treat. Daily restocking of tea and coffee supplies added a nice touch. The shower presented challenges due to its design. An accessible option would have been beneficial. While the location was generally convenient, some noise from the main road interfered with sleep quality.
